On behalf of the society and the members may I welcome you to our website

Stage-Door History

Stage-Door Theatre Company an amateur society was formed in 1997.
We are a non-profit making club, which means that all of our expenses - the costs of running rehearsal facilities, set and costume storage and putting
on shows - have to be financed in the following ways:

• Ticket / programme sales

• Member / rehearsal subscriptions (subs)

• Other fund raising activities

Our “business” is all about putting on shows and having fun.
We usually put on three a year, a mixture of:

• Musicals, like Annie Get Your Gun or Guys and Dolls.

• Musical reviews, which are compilations of songs and dance,
and sketches from various stage productions.

• Plays or farces, ranging from serious theatre to comedy.

We usually meet for rehearsal twice a week, on a Monday and Wednesday at the United Reform Church Hall in the town centre.

If you are interested  in joining us give me  a call on 01903 856 801

I look forward  to talking to you
